If you were a GM, Who would you pick to be on your team?

If you were a GM, which players would you choose to be on your team? Now not like team Canada because you would be WAY over the cap limit. Like picking smart choices that would keep you under the cap. Haha with my picks I would be atleast $20 Million dollars under the cap. The players are ordered in lines. Like line 1, 2, 3, 4.
