If you were a GM, Who would you pick to be on your team?

If you were a GM, which players would you choose to be on your team? Now not like team Canada because you would be WAY over the cap limit. Like picking smart choices that would keep you under the cap. Haha with my picks I would be atleast $20 Million dollars under the cap. The players are ordered in lines. Like line 1, 2, 3, 4. Obviously, the top one is line 1. Tell me what you think and I would love to see yours!

GAGNER | STAMKOS | RAYMOND
VERSTEEG | MUELLER | BOYCHUK
WHEELER | OSHIE | BERNIER
ANISIMOV | TURRIS | MOULSON

BARKER | MCCABE
BOGOSIAN | LETANG
GREBESHKOV | WHITE

Top 5 Current NHL Players.

5.Dany Heatley (San Jose Sharks)
Dany Heatley is a routine sniper. You're never gonna see Heatley with under 30 goals in a season, probably even with under 35. Heatley has 201 goals since the lockout! 21 already this season and is on pace for another 40+ goal season. If you give him the puck, chances are he's gonna score.

4.
Jarome Iginla (Calgary Flames)
Jarome Iginla is at number 4. I was on the fence to put Iginla or Malkin here, but I put Iginla simply because he is a leader, Malkin is not. The Captain of the Calgary Flames, Iginla will step up, score, pass, play defense, hit, fight, and give 100% when he's on the ice. He knows his role, he plays it well.
3.
Joe Thornton (San Jose Sharks)
Joe Thornton, not the captain, but certainly a leader. Joe Thornton is debatebly the best play-maker in the NHL. He has averaged over 60 assists per season for the past 4 seasons and is on pace for no different. Thornton has that 'big, tough, cocky Canadian' look and he uses his size to his advantage, a hard hitter, Thornton shows no mercy on the ice for his opponents.

2.
Sidney Crosby (Pittsburgh Penguins)
Sidney Crosby is favourited by many fans, also hated by many fans. I'll be one to admitt I don't like Crosby, I don't like his style, his face, and his whiny attitude. However, if I were to judge him on the ice, he is deffinetly a skilled player. The captain of the Penguins, Crosby has won the Hart, the Art Ross, even the Stanley Cup, and he is barely in his 20's. A tremendous play-maker, but also a consistent goal scorer, Crosby is an elite player and is already being suggested as Captain of the Olympic squad for team Canada.

1.
Alexander Ovechkin (Washington Capitals)
Alexander Ovechkin is the best player in the NHL right now simply because, he is the only player that can break Gretzky's 92 goal season record. Scoring 65 2 seasons ago, Ovechkin is a born and natural goal scorer. It would be shocking to see Ovechkin under 50 goals in a season. The amount of speed he builds up when he's got the puck on his stick is scary. He is a big guy but he's got the speed of lightning. He uses his size to demolish his opponents, every chance he gets. All focused on his in-human scoring ability, Ovechkin creates chances for his team-mates and can pass the puck around better then alot of other players in the NHL. This guy is amazing, Alexander Ovechkin is the best player in the NHL.
